That's why our team, led by our CEO Stephany Seijas and CFO Ensor Sánchez, decided to attend the IAAPA Expo 2024 alongside our construction partner APYCA DEVELOPERS, one of the world’s most important events in the entertainment and attractions industry.

IAAPA is where the leading brands, designers, and technology providers for amusement parks, entertainment centers, and interactive experiences come together. This year, we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to explore all the innovations that will change the game for the future of Sport City Punta Cana.

A Meeting with Innovation: Attractions, Technology, and More

From the moment we arrived at the event, it was clear that technology remains the driving force behind the entertainment industry. We toured the booths to discover the latest innovations in family attractions: bowling, arcades, virtual reality (VR), and much more. The variety of options available is impressive, but the standout was the advances in VR, which are taking the user experience to a whole new level. We made sure to try every new development and experience firsthand what could soon be coming to Punta Cana.

In addition, one of our priorities at IAAPA 2024 was to explore new solutions for optimizing reservations and payment management in this type of business. The technological tools we discovered could be key to enhancing the experience for both visitors and operators of these entertainment centers. We were excited to see how automation and the integration of payment and reservation systems are evolving, which will enable Sport City to offer a smooth, modern experience for all our customers.

Meeting with Industry Leaders

In addition to exploring the latest innovations, we had the opportunity to schedule meetings with suppliers and industry experts, with the goal of bringing the best to Sport City. Our focus is clear: we want to create a unique space in Punta Cana where families and tourists can enjoy the latest in entertainment in a dynamic and accessible environment.

Thanks to the experiences gained at IAAPA 2024, we are closer than ever to taking Sport City to the next level. Imagine a space where entertainment never stops: state-of-the-art bowling, arcades with the most popular titles, immersive VR experiences, and an efficient reservation system that will allow everyone to enjoy without worries.
